RFKI Brings Free Health Community Services to the Harbor/South Bay Area
Among our many other services, RFKI invites community members to attend our Annual Health Fair. At the Annual Health Fair, attendees learn about preventive health, wellness, fitness, mental health, and lifestyle improvements. RFKI provides screenings for cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, flexibility, immunizations, nutrition education, dental and eye check-ups, Cal-Fresh and Medi-Cal enrollment, and more. Demonstrations are provided in on CPR, first aid, exercise techniques, and Zumba. Competitions such as recipe contests, fitness, and hydration challenges are held during the event.
